In this talk, PG&E will discuss two of its key programs, Enhanced Powerline Safety Settings and Vegetation Management that aim at reducing wildfire potential, reducing the impact of Public Safety Power Shutoffs, and improving situation awareness. As part of the presentation, new technology for vegetation inspectors and the goal of developing a global map of high fire risk areas will be discussed.
