Marlowe Recharge

Overview

The Marlowe GPU cluster operates under a subsidized recharge model, designed to sustain and improve our computing resources. Rates are set by VPDoR, below market value, and are subject to change.

Effective January 1 - August 31, 2026, the charge model for Preemptible GPU-Hour rate will adjust from $0.15 to $0.20.  Rates for Medium and Large projects and CPU hours will remain unchanged.

*These rates will apply to all jobs starting on Jan 1 through Aug 30, 2026. The older reduced rate of $0.15 per GPU-hour for Preemptible jobs (Basic Access) is in effect until December 31, 2025. There may be subsequent changes, particularly if the system becomes over-allocated or experiences some other issue; however, we will provide at least one month’s notice before any increase in rates.

Billing Details

  • Billing applies monthly to GPU-hours, CPU-hours, and project storage.
