Computer Science

Arthur Deng

I am a Ph.D. student in Computer Science, co-advised by Professors Brian Trippe and Sebastian Thrun. My research focuses on using machine learning to predict protein energetics, such as binding energies. Accurate prediction of these energetics helps characterize the therapeutic properties of protein-based drugs. Before Stanford, I earned a B.S. and M.S. in EECS at UC Berkeley.
