Chao Qin

Chao Qin is a postdoctoral scholar at Stanford Graduate School of Business, having received his PhD degree in Decision, Risk, and Operations from Columbia Business School. His research lies at the interface of sequential decision-making under uncertainty and statistical machine learning, with a focus on sequential design of experiments, multi-armed bandits, reinforcement learning, and causal inference—emphasizing solutions to real-world challenges.
