Eric Sun

I am currently a postdoctoral fellow in the Department of Genetics at Stanford University, where I recently obtained a PhD in Biomedical Informatics in 2025. I am co-advised by Dr. James Zou and Dr. Anne Brunet. My research focuses on developing machine learning and computational methods to analyze high-dimensional biological datasets (e.g., spatial and single-cell omics) with several applications towards dissecting aging at spatial and single-cell resolution.
