PhD Student, Institute of Computational Biology, Computational Health Center, Helmholtz Munich
I am a PhD candidate in computational biology and machine learning at the Technical University of Munich and Helmholtz Munich. My research focuses on generalization, domain shift, and transferability of representations in biology, using methods from representation learning, causality, and statistical machine learning. I have collaborated across Australia, Germany, and the US, resulting in over 40 publications in leading computational biology and machine learning venues. Beyond research, I am passionate about advancing women’s education in science and co-founded initiatives to support women in STEM.
