Yifan Liu

Yifan Liu is a PhD candidate in Public Policy and an M.S. candidate in Computer Science at Georgia Tech. She works at the intersection of data science and public policy, using machine learning and causal inference to study behavioral and economic decision-making. Her research focuses on energy transitions, emerging technologies, and community impacts, and has been supported by the National Science Foundation, Microsoft Azure, and government agencies.
