Yuqing has over 20 years of experience driving digital and data science innovation to create positive impact. As Vice President of Supply Chain Digital & Data Science at Johnson & Johnson's Innovative Medicine, she leads the development of strategies, capabilities, and partnerships to scale the impact of data science and AI globally. Throughout her tenure at J&J, Yuqing has pioneered data science solutions across global supply chains in the Innovative Medicine, MedTech and Consumer sectors, enabling business transformation, competitive advantage, and customer value. Prior to J&J, she worked as a Research Consultant and Visiting Scholar at General Motors, focusing on vehicle data mining and business decision analytics.Yuqing holds a Ph.D. in Operations Research and a Master’s in Statistics from Stanford University, a Master’s in Computer Science from DePaul University, and a Bachelor’s in Automation & Control Engineering from Tsinghua University.
