Presentation title: The Impact of Generative AI on Jobs and Skills

Abstract: Generative AI (GAI) is beginning to shape the world of work. Our data of 1 billion members worldwide allows us to track this transformative journey of enthusiasm for these technologies, through the adoption GAI skills by professionals and a 70% increase in demand by companies for specific GAI skills. With skills at the forefront, we examine our data of 1 billion members for where progress is being made and where challenges are still evident.
